We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our customers come first, so we have extended the basic return policy!
In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 45 days of receipt.

Please email us at customerservice@enphasis.com and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for products which have been opened, used, damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale.
In certain circumstances we might be able to offer a replacement product or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
